This manual has been developed to better understand and outline the history and work of CHWs in Zambia. It aims to provide our trade unions with a better understanding, and methodology to organise CHWs and articulate their struggles. This manual is part of a series that will be workshopped in Malawi, Zambia and South Africa. PSI supports the formalisation of CHWs.
