Empowered Together: Maldivian Union's Innovative Organising Yields Historic Wins

The Maldives Health Professional's Union (MHPU) has been instrumental in ratification of bills on Industrial Relations and Occupational Health Safety. A strong union, they changed their organising strategy in 2022 with PSI's support, which yielded in major wins and continues to keep the union strong.
