Advancing Social Dialogue & Campaigning to Achieve Union Demands

Participants discussed their unions' position papers and developed a corresponding campaign plan. Leaders from the Independent Union of Health Workers and the Independent Union of Workers in the Northern Municipalities participated in the meeting, held in cooperation with the Phoenix Center in Amman.

This workshop is part of the project “Creating a Conducive Environment for Advancing Social Dialogue in the Public Service Sector” in Lebanon and Jordan, running from 2023 to 2025 in collaboration with Mondiaal FNV versterkt werknemers wereldwijd. The workshop aims to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capacity of both male and female unionists to gain a comprehensive understanding of the campaign phases. It will run for four days, concluding on June 1, 2024.
