"There is a privatization of public space and it needs reorganization"

The Dakar city council has adopted a 58 billion FCfa budget, but Councilor Ndiouga Sakho regrets what he calls “complete disorder in the life of Dakar. ‘There is a privatization of public space and it needs reorganization,’ said Sakho, who seeks the support of the sub-prefect of Dakar.”
