A dispute has broken out over the fate of toll collectors’ jobs after a ‘public-private participation’ scheme was implemented. The head of the Trade Union of Workers of Tolls and Allied Workers (SUTPA), Sergio Sánchez, says Javier Iguacel, the National Director of Roads is promoting road privatization, in which he “gives all the benefits to employers and expenses to the state.”
