According to the Sydney Morning Herald, the NSW government’s case rests on “the business results of a collapsed private college network whose headquarters were raided last week during a fraud investigation by the Australian Federal Police.” At the end of last month, non-teaching TAFE staff, members of PSA, held a three-hour statewide strike to protest a state government proposal that “slashes” wages, hours and conditions and threatens to outsource their jobs
