Reacting to President Ramaphosa’s bombshell announcement that the government plans to lay off 30,000 public services workers, the Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU) says it will not vote for the ANC in 2019 if government goes ahead with the job cuts and privatization of state-owned enterprises.
