Barbuda Fights Enclosures and Neoliberal Dispossession After Hurricane Irma

Attempts by the neoliberal government of Antigua to dispossess and enclose Barbuda, where traditional communal land rights have persevered till this day, are continuing, but not without vigorous resistance from Barbudans themselves.
