National Nurses United (NNU) Executive Director Bonnie Castillo joined with the U.K. Labour Party “call for a new era of change and warn against the dangers of privatization of public social services. Nurses are building strong allies in the U.K. and across the globe in our fight for guaranteed healthcare!” Castillo, “the executive director of the NNU, one of the country’s biggest and most politically outspoken unions, said making international connections was hugely important to the movement, especially making the case against privatised healthcare.”
