الجزائر: أفرجوا عن معتقلات الرأي

تطالب Femmes SNAPAPاللجنة النسائية في النقابة الوطنية المستقلة لمستخدمي الإدارة العمومية في الجزائر المنتسبة للاتحاد الدولي للخدمات العامة PSI، بالإفراج الفوري عن دليلة توات ونامية عبد القادر، وهما معلمتان وسجناء الرأي. انضموا إلى حملة LabourStart للضغط على السلطات الجزائرية والمطالبة بالإفراج غير المشروط عن جميع المعتقلين والمعتقلات بسبب محاولتهم ممارسة حقوقهم النقابية والمدنية وتوفير ضمانات لسلامتهم.

الجزائر: أفرجوا عن معتقلات الرأي
منذ بدء الاحتجاجات الجماهيرية التي تندد بالفساد المستشري في الجزائر – والتي تُعرف أيضاً بـ "الحراك"- والاحتجاجات التي أعقبت الانتخابات الرئاسية في كانون الأول/ ديسمبر، اشتد القمع، ولم يستثني أحدًا، بمن فيهم النقابيون.
في 3 كانون الثاني/يناير 2021، صدر حكم بالسجن لمدة 18 شهرًا على دليلة توات وذلك لمعارضتها للانتخابات الرئاسية القسرية. ومنذ ذلك اليوم، دخلت دليلة في إضراب عن الطعام. ونامية عبد القادر، وهي معلمة أيضاً، مسجونة منذ 2 كانون الأول ديسمبر/ 2020، احتُجزت أيضاً بسبب آرائها، ومواجهتها الظلم، ومحاربتها الفساد.

Another woman, Namia Abdelkader, has been incarcerated since 2 december 2020, and as many other women imprisoned before her, is neither a criminal, thief nor misfit. She has been detained like many other Algerians for speaking up, facing injustice and fighting corrupt generals in power who oppress us all, in the name of a state of law, justice and democracy.
They are in the jails of the oppressor, away from their loved ones and families; for their dignity and freedom and for the provision of justice for all, we should not only imagine that this is happening to others, we are all concerned with the fate of prisoners of conscience.

"Let us act quickly, let us act together to save women prisoners of conscience. Let us act against the pursuit of women activists. The judicial and police persecution must stop today and not tomorrow. This is not impossible if we act now in solidarity and unity", says Nassira Ghozlane, SNAPAP General Secretary.
We, the women of the independent national trade union of public administration employees in Algeria – Femmes SNAPAP, call on international organisations to put pressure on the Algerian authorities to release all the detainees of the Hirak movement and to implement the conditions of a political transition as demanded by citizens for two years.
